Valentine’s Delivery Policies:

If our delivery team believe the address may be incorrect/incomplete they will telephone your recipient prior to delivery to ensure successful delivery but not spoil the surprise by saying we are delivering flowers.

Orders cannot be guaranteed for specified delivery date if they don't include a valid address and/or telephone number. Any delay or non delivery as a result of an incorrect delivery address or telephone number will result in the order being returned and sent for redelivery once correct update has been received. (Redelivery charges may apply depending on location). No compensation can be provided as a result of a delay due to an incorrect address and/or telephone number.

Delivery to public addresses such as schools, government buildings, offices etc we guarantee delivery as far as the front reception desk. We will try to deliver directly to the recipient however the security often will not let our drivers past reception. A signature will be taken from the reception staff in this instance.

We are unable to guarantee reroute of an order within the same delivery date should the recipient not be available at the address provided on the order. We will make every effort to reroute same day however this cannot be guaranteed in which case the delivery will arrive at the changed address the following day.

We are unable to guarantee AM or specific time delivery under any circumstances between 10-16th February. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Any order placed after our cut off time for guaranteed delivery date will be automatically scheduled for the next delivery date available. Cut off will be clearly displayed on checkout page and order receipt (if order is placed). Please read our web site carefully before ordering to avoid any disappointment.

• We deliver 7 Days a week with a flat rate delivery fee of US$9.00.
• Our standard delivery hours are from 8.00am - 7.00pm
• We have same day delivery guaranteed for all Abu Dhabi orders placed before 10.00am local time. (+4GMT)
• Please state your preferred delivery time when you order however we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times between our standard delivery hours of 8.00am - 7.00pm but we do guarantee that the order will be delivered on the date specified.
• It is VITAL that we receive a contact telephone number of your recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
• If we do have to contact your recipient by telephone we will not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise.
